JUNIOR BAKER
experience min 1 year in the kitchen (pastry preferably)
- baking production - following SOP and work in hygiene manners - bake daily cakes - preparing ingredients - daily inventory checking - general cleaning area - part time / full time - 6 days work - 4 days off permit per month - alternate holiday shift during peak season - INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED characteristics - young, energetic, full of passion for baking - max 28 yo - woman/man - not lazy - POLITE attitude is a must - on time - attentive, and able to multi-task - able to work under pressure - creative - CLEAN HABIT - responsible
STATION CHEF (DESSERT)
pastry student preferably (not intern)
- preparing petite cakes, pastries , scones - packing as per orders from cafe / customers - daily inventory checking - young, energetic, full of passion for baking - max 28 yo - woman/man - not lazy - POLITE attitude is a must - on time - attentive, and able to multi-task - able to work under pressure - creative - CLEAN HABIT - responsible
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- managing customers / suppliers - having great customer service skills in communicating and engaging - handling inventories supplies - excellent in Google worksheet, whatsapp and instagram dms - double checking packed products before sent - preparing delivery sheets and courier arrangements - ordering supplies from supplier - good in physical (no track record of illness) - organize and responsible - detailed - work 6 days a week full time - 8am - 5pm shift
KITCHEN HELPER (part time)
- preparing sauces and cream for the day - 6 days working - part time shift - daily inventory checking - general cleaning around each station - able for morning until night shift - able to work under pressure and does not have physical weaknesses - young, energetic, full of passion for baking - max 28 yo - woman/man - not lazy - POLITE attitude is a must - on time - attentive, and able to multi-task - able to work under pressure - creative - CLEAN HABIT - responsible
CAKE DECORATOR
fully experienced required
- full time/ part time - GREAT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST - with 2 years of contract and penalty if termination during certain period of time - serious and passionate about the job - entrance test will be conducted - ensuring all cakes are frosted with extra care following SOP given by chef - the ability to frost and decorate 40-50 cakes daily - familiar working with dairy whipped cream - be able to write with buttercream - young, energetic, full of passion for baking - max 28 yo - woman/man - not lazy - POLITE attitude is a must - on time - attentive, and able to multi-task - able to work under pressure - creative - CLEAN HABIT - responsible
PACKING STAFF (PART TIME)
- packing daily cakes before being sent for drivers / customers - taking photos and ensure cakes given according to the orders correctly - attention to detail - bringing cakes to customer in the car - receiving customers code line - be able to communicate well with aoffice administrator - packing and preparing daily things needed such as banners topper , candles - checking inventory - general cleaning around the area - part time - 4 days a week - 8am - 5pm daily
