taste: The soft cookies are soaked in sweet, pistachio-flavored syrup, making them taste nutty and delicious. The creamy layer is made with smooth cheese mixed with pistachios butter, giving it a nice nutty flavor and a light green color. On top, there are crushed pistachios for a little crunch and final pistachio glaze for sweetness
