the taste : a soft, fluffy sponge that tastes a bit like roasted tea, giving it a cozy, toasty flavor. Inside, there’s a creamy layer that’s smooth and rich, like a sweet tea cloud. The cake also has crunchy hojicha cookies, which are like tasty, crispy tea biscuits. And to make it extra special, there’s a sweet red bean filling that’s soft and gently sweet
