Delivery Policy 

Please do re-check on the delivery address before completing the order. The delivery address MUST be exactly as found on Google Maps, otherwise additional details required. Orders will be scheduled for delivery on requested date and time session.

For Whole Cakes delivery will only be conducted via car delivery. If the designated address does not fit for cars, the driver will stop nearby on accessible road, and customers are requeired to meet the driver.

If the delivery is unsuccessful, driver will return the cake to us and delivery fees will not be refunded. Once the cake is returned, customer can arrange a pickup with our admin.

if the cake is damaged ( by the driver) upon receiving please directly contact us. 

however, if you file a complaint not upon receiving the item when the driver was there. the complaint is not valid because the minute you receive the cake, the responsibility is fully on your side

Please understand that the traffic is not always clear, and some roads may be bumpy. Our driver always handle the cake with extra care, so the cake will arrive safely and in pristine condition.

Delivery Time 

             Our personal drivers will collect several cakes and drop them off at multiple locations, so they cannot accommodate specific time requests for delivery. This service is more expensive than using third-party couriers because our drivers are specially trained to handle delicate cakes, and their vehicles are equipped with cooling boxes to keep the cakes chilled. We offer delivery within a specific time slot, but we cannot guarantee arrival at an exact time due to factors outside our control, such as traffics, floods, fires, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that might happen.

             morning batch   : 10:00 am - 1:00 pm 

             noon batch       : 1:00pm - 4:00 pm

             afternoon batch :  4:00pm - 7 :00 pm
