1.After completing your purchase, you will receive a form containing collection details. It is required that you present this form to our staff when arriving to pick up your cake. Collection can be made during the designated operational hours.

2. If you intend to have a representative collect your cake on your behalf, kindly furnish them with the collection details form to facilitate a seamless pickup process. We recommend arranging for a driver with a car, though the responsibility for the proper handling of items lies with each driver. Instructions on correct cake handling and necessary preparations during transit will still be provided.

Regrettably, past experiences have highlighted instances of discomfort involving third-party couriers, including incidents such as cake melting due to malfunctioning car AC, careless driving, or, in extreme cases, theft resulting in non-delivery. Consequently, we strongly advise either personally collecting the cake, utilizing your designated driver, or opting for our reliable delivery service to mitigate potential issues. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are highly appreciated.
