We only provide Deliveries within Jakarta-Tangerang City and several Depok-Bekasi Area using our personal cake driver by car. The price will be slightly pricier due to extra handling and care during the deliveries.

TIME 

       request on specific arrival time is NOT possible as our drivers will carry 4-5 orders at once per session and deliver to multiple places. they're not designated to speed up or rush at all cost as our priority would be the safety of the cake. Once the cake has arrived to the receiver, they will provide a photo proof on which will be sent to the sender through whatsapp. Our delivery are fully covered with insurance, whether your cake has accidental problem such as melt or damaged during the delivery by OUR OWN driver, we will bring them back to the store, either fixing it or replace it with a new one. all deliveries are arranged and carefully planned by route so we can not guarantee you what the exact time they will arrive at your place. but orders are expected to arrive within the time frame chosen. However, for rush order or immediate order for ready daily whole cakes available in store will not covered in insurance as we will order a third party courier instead for instant delivery.

there are several factors of conditions that could be an obstacle/ delay during the delivery that is beyond our control such as flood, natural disasters, fire, road accidents, heavy rain, demonstration, road blockage, heavy traffic, or any other circumstances beyond our knowledge, we will not be held accountable if those conditions occur despite our best efforts. Even though we might have inconvenienced you, we hope for your understanding.

                            morning batch : 10 am - 1 pm 

                      noon batch : 1 pm - 4 pm 

                      afternoon batch : 4 pm - 7 pm

             Once payment has been made, we consider the buyer already agree to all the terms and conditions regarding our delivery policy. once again, SPECIFIC TIME REQUEST IS NOT AVAILABLE for OUR PERSONAL DELIVERY.

DELIVERY FEE 

                 Delivery Fee is FIXED RATE, counted by km and services. and truly apologize, that reduction in price is not supported. Delivery within the residential area of Permata Buana is FREE OF CHARGE.

our drivers will contact the recipient by message or call once the delivery has started, buyers are expected to ensure that there will be people receiving the item. Any products that are left/ collected by the receiver either by third person such as guard, nanny, receptionist ( under the consent of the receiver ) are out of responsibility.
